These Sales Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of services and/or products offered by Gamecord.
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) including all taxes. Gamecord reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products or services will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
Orders are considered final only after full payment has been received. Gamecord reserves the right to refuse any order in case of dispute with the customer.
Payments are made online via secure payment systems. The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the payment method provided.
Services are performed or digital products delivered within the timeframe specified during the order. In case of delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
In accordance with consumer law, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period, except for digital services already performed or customized products.
Gamecord cannot be held liable for misuse of the product/service by the customer, or for damages resulting from improper use.
These Sales Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Paris.
